Where are the products of EOP21 made in? What is the country of origin?
Our products are formulated in Singapore. We are Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) and our products are designed, engineered, developed in SINGAPORE by our R&D team.  We have engaged contract manufacturers to produce our products. These products are solely for EOP21 PTE LTD as we have signed confidentiality agreements with them.
I am interested to become a distributor for EOP21 products. How can i start?

How can I find the distributors or dealers in my country?
Kindly fill up this form and we shall get back to you with the relevant information as soon as possible. 
Does EOP21 provide product warranty?
Yes. Within 30 days upon goods receipt (E-store) or 30 days upon ETA port of destination (Sea/Air/Land freight).

How can i get a copy of EOP21 product price list?
Our prices are based on purchase quantities. Please select the products you are interested in here and send us an enquiry for best offers.  
Can I buy in customized packaging?
Yes. We do provide customized packing upon request, but this is subjected to approval and minimum order quantity (MOQ). 
How do I make payment?
We accept payment through STRIPE (E-store) or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). 
What are the payment terms?
100% advance payment. 

Local & International Shipping

Can I obtain a copy Certificate of Origin (CO) ?
Yes. The issuance of CO is subject to our management approval upon request. Standard administration costs apply. 
What are the delivery terms for shipping?
All products are quoted Ex-Works (EXW) unless stated.  Shipping charges are NOT included in the prices.
